NASB John 10:16 "I have other sheep, which are not of this fold; I must bring them also, and they will hear My voice; and they will become one flock with one shepherd.
AMPLIFIED John 10:16 And I have other sheep [beside these] that are not of this fold. I must bring and impel those also; and they will listen to My voice and heed My call, and so there will be [they will become] one flock under one Shepherd. [Ezek. 34:23.]

 Question:   
Is Jesus speaking here about alien beings living on planets other than earth?
 Answer:   
Jesus was speaking to the Jews at the time and I believe he was speaking about gentiles that would eventually be saved, forming one body of Christ neither Jew nor Gentile.
