Hello Lindasue,
There's nothing specifically speaking against "sexual relations with family" in the NT. However,there are some general directives given. Among them are:
1 Thess 4:3, "For this is the will of God, your sanctification; that is, that you abstain from sexual immorality;" (NASB)
This would certainly include incest.
