Is the fourth commandment out? Do we say this to the other nine?
Do you set aside Friday 6 p.m. to Saturday 6 p.m., Sunday or another day?
What do you do on the day you set aside? Do you force others to work on that day, whether or not they are believers?
Have we made the day a holiday, forgetting the day is a holy day?

What day are we COMMANDED to gather?
I cannot find anywhere in the Bible where we are commanded to gather together.
- The fourth commandment only says to keep the Sabbath day holy. It does not say to gather.
- The in the NT sometimes they gathered on the Sabbath and other times on the first day of the week.
I want Biblical support (I do not care what any man thinks) for your answer that it is a COMMAND. I believe it is just a tradition.

I wonder why those who claim they can heal haev not gone to the aid of Terri Schiavo. Maybe they are afraid to show they are not able to do as they say. I also include those who think faith heals. |

Read the context of the verses. I see the Holy Spirit speaking (not through us) on our behalf.
Therefore I disagree with "Praying in the Holy Ghost (or in the Spirit) is praying in tongues" (post 148198).

To say God doesn't put two together is not Biblical. Matthew 19 is very clear on this. To divorce because one thinks God didn't ordained a marriage is not valid. God uses the state and church to get people married.
