Dear hooper,
There is no scripture mentioning Satan enters Lucifer's heart. As Biblicalman has explained that within the context of the Bible passage, Lucifer refers to the king of Babylon, thus it is merely a human being. Since we all know that human hearts were long perverted when sin entered into the world because of Adam's disobedience, the result is that human inherited the sinful nature. In that sense, what we (sinners) do is according to our nature thus acting as an adversary of God.
